Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Beijing LiteApex Technology Co., Ltd. handles information when you use LITEAPEX websites, mobile applications and related services.
1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to websites, mobile applications and related online services provided by Beijing LiteApex Technology Co., Ltd. under the LITEAPEX or LiteAPEX Tech name (collectively, the “Services”). Beijing LiteApex Technology Co., Ltd. is the organization responsible for the processing described in this policy, except where a notice within a particular Service states otherwise.
A particular Service may provide an additional privacy notice when it uses information in a way not described here. That additional notice supplements this policy.
2. Information we process
The information processed depends on the Service, the features you use, your settings and your permissions. It may fall into the following categories:
- Information you provide, such as contact details, support communications, feedback and information you choose to submit;
- Device and technical information, such as device and app characteristics, language, network information, identifiers and general region;
- Usage and diagnostic information, such as interactions, advertising activity, performance information, crash logs and related diagnostics;
- Transaction information, such as purchase or subscription status provided by an app marketplace; and
- Information needed for a requested feature, where you enable the relevant device access or permission.
Some information needed for product functionality may be processed only on your device and not transmitted to LITEAPEX. When a Service needs access to sensitive device information or permissions, we provide any additional notice and choice required by the platform or applicable law.
We may also receive limited information from app marketplaces, advertising partners and other service providers. Those parties process information under their own privacy terms.
3. How we use information
We use information as necessary to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Services and features you request;
- remember settings, verify purchases and manage subscriptions or premium access;
- provide customer support and respond to communications;
- measure use, understand performance, fix errors and improve our products;
- deliver, limit, personalize and measure advertising where permitted;
- protect users and the Services, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms;
- comply with applicable law and valid legal requests; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Providers that support advertising, analytics, crash reporting, configuration, app distribution, billing, hosting or customer support may process information for the purposes described above.
- Advertising partners. Advertising providers may receive device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and prevent fraud. Where required, personalized advertising is used only after an appropriate consent choice.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process or governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
- At your direction. We may share information when you ask us to or intentionally use a feature that communicates with another service.
Under some U.S. state privacy laws, disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may opt out through the privacy choices made available in the Service or by contacting us.
5. Your choices and controls
- Permissions: review or revoke app permissions in your device settings.
- Advertising: use the privacy options presented in the app to review consent choices where available. You can also reset or limit use of the advertising identifier through your device settings.
- Analytics and diagnostics: use any controls offered in the Service or contact us where applicable.
- Notifications: manage notifications in the Service or device settings.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel subscriptions through the marketplace account used for purchase.
Withdrawing a permission or consent may not remove information already lawfully processed by a third-party provider. Please consult that provider’s privacy policy for its controls.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the nature of the information, the relevant Service, operational and security needs, and applicable legal obligations. Information kept only on your device remains under your control and can generally be removed by clearing the Service’s data or uninstalling it.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we take steps to delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law and reasonable technical and operational conditions. Information may be retained for an appropriate period where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Service providers may retain information under their own policies and settings. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing. You may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to a data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email support@liteapex.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the Service concerned and your request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If a Service permits account creation, it will provide the account and associated-data deletion methods required by applicable platform rules and law.
8. Where information is processed
Some third-party providers supporting our Services may operate in different countries or regions. As a result, certain information may be processed outside the region where a user is located. Where required by applicable law, we and the relevant providers will apply appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
Our general-audience Services are not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may independently consent to data processing under the laws of their location. We configure the target audience of each application in the relevant app marketplace and apply additional protections where a Service is intended for, or knowingly used by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10. Security
Taking into account the nature and risks of the information processed, we use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. These measures may include, where appropriate, protections for data in transit, access controls and data minimization. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our Services, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

Third-party services
Our Services may use third parties for app distribution, payments, advertising, consent management, analytics, diagnostics, configuration, hosting and support. Depending on the product and region, providers may include, without limitation, Google, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play, Meta, and other providers offering similar capabilities. Providers may change over time and may process device, usage, diagnostic, transaction or general-location information as necessary to provide their services.
